Team Rocket Mech wants to battle

POKÉMON and also Simon Stålenhag inspo! Another piece where I started off with some photobashing before doing the painting. And a little bit of 3D kitbashing as well this time. I just had fun with this and played around with different things.
But these are so relaxing to make between work and personal projects so now I wanna do another Pokémon one!
